I acknowledge that I have been advised by trained salon staff of the appropriate tanning times.

By exceeding any advised time, I am relinquishing the salon - easitan (Scotland) Ltd and associated staff of any responsibility of any effect resulting in my actions.

Before your tanning session, please acknowledge that you understand and consent to the following:

• If you experience any redness you should wait until these have disappeared before your next tanning session.

• Customers must wait a minimum of 48 hours between tanning sessions.

• Goggles/eye protection must be worn at all times (free disposable eye protection available from reception)

• If you experience any abnormal reactions to your tanning during or after your session you should stop immediately and seek medical help.
